FAQ
Questions, answered
How do I pay?+
All plans are paid monthly with crypto. We'll send you a renewal invoice a few days before each period ends.
When do I get my lbs.gg/name?+
You request your name when you sign up. It's allocated to you as soon as your first payment goes through, or when our team approves your account. Until then it isn't reserved, so pay or contact us to lock it in.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on the Pro plan and above. Add your domain in your panel, point one DNS record at us (we show you exactly which one), and we issue SSL automatically. Your page stays available on lbs.gg/name too.
Which casinos and sites are supported?+
Any of them. We can support leaderboards for any site you're affiliated with — just let us know which ones you use and we'll get them connected.
How often do leaderboards update?+
Leaderboards sync automatically every few minutes. Each period is archived when it ends, so viewers can always look up previous winners.
Can I remove the “Powered by LBs.gg” footer?+
Removing the footer badge is available on request. Contact our team and we can enable it for your account.
What about responsible gambling?+
Every creator page shows an 18+ notice with a link to BeGambleAware.org. We only work with creators promoting licensed operators to adult audiences.
